Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to share with you a few thought on the wonderful experience I recently had with the Barnum Group. I began searching for my first home back in April 2004. Todd Fixler, with the Barnum Group, came highly recommended from a co-worker who had recently purchased a home also through the Barnum Group & had had a very pleasant experience. Over the next few months Todd showed me several properties and guided me through the process of making an offer, escrow, etc. He was very patient with me & answered all my questions quickly and to my satisfaction. Being that this was my first home purchase I was quite nervous & unsure of myself. Bob Barnum himself actually came and visited several of the prospective homes that I was interested in just to make sure that what I was getting was the best thing for me. When I finally found the home I wanted Todd, Bob and the rest of the Barnum Group went out of their way to make sure everything down to the smallest detail went through without a hitch. Their persistence and diligence made the entire purchase just about worry free. My hats off to them for the consideration & genuine concern they showed to me while I was in their care.
